Buy Back / Exchange / Refund Policy
At M/S Astrovex Bizz24 Private Limited (Hereinafter referred as Direct Selling entity), it's our passion and mission to ensure highest quality of our products to the satisfaction of a consumer. However, at times in spite of our best efforts, the product might not meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may return it within Thirty days from the date of billing, provided you notify your intention for refund/exchange/buyback within one week (7 days) from the date of delivery of the goods at your end by either calling us at 011-79623240 or email us at: connect@bizz24.in.
Buyback / Refund Policy:
The buyback / refund policy is applicable only for products in saleable condition and partially used products (not exceeding 30% of the total volume of the product) if accompanied by an invoice. If a product is found to be intentionally damaged or misused, the buyback / refund warranty stands void. It is obligatory upon our Consumers to exercise the Product Buyback & Refund Policy in fairness.
- Marketable Condition: If the product is in marketable condition and is returned within 7 days of receipt of goods with the original invoice, 100% of the amount will be refunded.
- Unmarketable Condition: If the product is in unmarketable condition and is returned within 30 days of receipt of goods, the refund value will be assessed by the Grievance Redressal Officer, and an appropriate value will be given.
Note: Marketable refers to products that are unopened, sealed, and undamaged in any form whatsoever. Unmarketable products are those which have been opened and their seal broken.
Exchange
If you need to exchange an unopened, un-sealed, undamaged, or unused product, you may return it to the Direct Selling entity with the original invoice. In such a case, the Consumer can exchange the product within 30 days from the date of receipt of goods and must submit the following at the time of exchange:
- Product Return Form
- Copy of receipt of goods
- Products in original packing and marketable condition
- Your exchangeable product can be changed/replaced with an equally or higher-priced product, with payment of the differential amount.
- You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product to the entity’s Godown / Franchisee’s Godown or Pickup Centre, as directed.
Refunds
Once we have received your product for return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by the Direct Selling entity, the value of such product will be calculated as per point no. 1 & 2 of the Buyback / Refund Policy above and refunded to the Consumer/Direct Seller via the bank account or payment instrument from which the payment was made. No cash refunds will be made under any circumstances.
Shipping Cost
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In some exceptional cases, if the shipping cost is paid by the Direct Selling entity or its franchisee/pickup centre, the shipping cost of the returned product will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation of Transaction / Orders
Cancellation by Direct Selling Entity:
Direct Selling entity may cancel certain orders for various reasons, such as non-availability of the product or order quantity. If the order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to the Consumer/Direct Seller either to the bank account or payment instrument from which the payment was made.
Cancellation by Consumer / Direct Seller:
If the Direct Selling entity receives a cancellation notice before the order is processed, the order can be cancelled, and a full refund will be provided. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the consumer can return the product and bear the shipping costs.
Reference Notes:
- The Consumer / Direct Seller must return the product(s) to the head office personally or by courier, along with a duly filled and signed return form.
- Returns are calculated from the date of receipt at the Consumer’s end to the date of receipt at Direct Selling entity’s premises.
- The product’s condition will be assessed by the Grievance Redressal Officer as either marketable or unmarketable.
- The Return Policy does not apply to open packs of literature, videos, or other non-re-sellable items.
- Total returns cannot exceed the quantity purchased as shown on the invoice.
- BV/PV adjustments will be made in the same payout period, with deductions from the respective beneficiary’s account.
- If the product is returned directly to the Direct Selling entity, BV/PV adjustments will be made from the Direct Seller’s payment, and any excess amounts will be recoverable.
- No repurchase of the same product is allowed within 30 days of its return.
- The return process may be subject to additional terms depending on the product category, which will be specified on the website or communicated at the time of purchase.
